Returns

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must fulfil the following conditions:

The order still contains all the correct parts, components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
Normal handling of the product is evident; breakages due to improper handling are excluded.
Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period. *We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged. How can I return my order? If your order fulfils the above conditions, you will need to do the following to start the returns process. Send an email to: info@bonafita.com Make sure the email contains the following information: Order number Reason for return request Photo of the product in case of breakage First and last name of the customer Address of the customer We will then contact you and give you the return address. Never send the return back to the sender. We will send you the correct address after you have asked us for it. You, the customer, bear the shipping costs for the return.

    CANCELLATION

    The consumer has a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his commercial or professional activity:

    A. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the dispatch process until the delivery has been made. A refund is therefore not possible once the goods have been received. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Bonafita.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail). The cancellation is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

    Shipping tracking

    As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. You can of course inform us in advance of your cancellation.

    To ensure the quickest possible return, please send us a confirmation of dispatch.

    Consequences of cancellation

    If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, less the shipping costs (except for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract and receipt of the goods. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
