Overview
At Bonafita, we stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to purchases made directly through bonafita.com and covers customers in the United States, European Union, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 90 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund. We offer this guarantee because we are confident in the quality of our product and want to give you sufficient time to experience the full benefits.
To be eligible:
- Your request must be submitted within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Your purchase must have been made directly through bonafita.com
- You must contact us at info@bonafita.com to initiate your request
For consumable products that have been opened or partially used, no physical return is required. Simply contact our customer service team and we will process your refund.
For unopened and unused products, please contact us at info@bonafita.com to obtain the return address before sending anything back. Returns must be directed to our fulfillment partner's facility overseas — our customer service team will provide you with the specific return address and instructions once your request has been received. Please do not ship anything back without first obtaining this information, as we cannot guarantee processing of unsolicited returns.
2. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and verified:
- Our team will confirm your order details and delivery date within 1–2 business days
- If your request meets the eligibility conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@bonafita.com with your order number and a description of the issue. In these cases:
- No return is required
- We will offer a full refund including any shipping charges paid, or a free replacement shipment at our discretion
- This remedy applies regardless of whether it is your first or a subsequent order
4. Shipping Issues and Non-Delivery
We consider up to 20 calendar days from the shipment date a normal delivery timeframe. If your order has not arrived within this window, please contact us. If delivery cannot be confirmed by the carrier, we will offer either:
- A full refund of the order amount including shipping charges, or
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost
5. Subscription Orders (Loop Subscriptions)
Bonafita subscriptions are managed through Loop Subscriptions. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer account portal — no need to contact customer service.
Important: Cancelling your subscription stops future charges and shipments only. It does not automatically generate a refund for orders that have already been processed or delivered. Refund requests for delivered subscription orders are subject to the same 90-day guarantee outlined in Section 1.
The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to each individual order within the eligibility window. Contact us at info@bonafita.com if you have questions about a specific order.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or quantity, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order separately.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Orders outside the 90-day guarantee window
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers or resellers
- Gift cards
8. European Union & European Economic Area Consumers
In addition to our 90-day money-back guarantee, consumers residing in the EU or EEA are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@bonafita.com. For unopened products, you may be required to return the item. Contact us first for the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product was defective or not as described. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or confirmed proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Our 90-day guarantee exceeds the statutory 14-day period. For opened or partially used products within 90 days, no return is required.
EU/EEA consumers also benefit from statutory conformity guarantees under applicable national law. If a product is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under your local consumer protection law, independent of and in addition to the terms of this policy.
9. Australian Consumers
Australian consumers are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under Australian law.
10. Canadian Consumers
Canadian consumers are protected under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection legislation. This policy is intended to comply with all applicable Canadian consumer protection requirements. Your statutory rights are not limited by the terms of this policy.
11. New Zealand Consumers
New Zealand consumers are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Our products carry guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under New Zealand law.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact our customer service team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe have been filed incorrectly or in bad faith, and to provide supporting evidence to the relevant payment processor.

14. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. Amendments that materially reduce your rights will not apply retroactively to orders placed before the effective date.
