How long does it take to receive a response?

The product or size I want is out of stock. What now?
You can leave your email address on the contact page. This way, you will automatically be notified once the item is back in stock.
How do I redeem my voucher or gift card?
To redeem the credit, you can add the discount code in the first part of the checkout. After doing this, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. This email includes the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order summary, and shipping address.
I entered incorrect address details. Can this be changed?

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Germany and United Kingdom.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free — we cover the costs.
How can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. There, you can follow the status of your order and give the delivery service additional instructions if needed.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Haven’t received your order? We’re sorry! After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Within 1–2 working days, your order will be shipped. You will then receive a tracking email. Didn’t receive this email or is the tracking status unclear?

Contact us at info@bonafita.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate what happened and find a solution as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
I changed my mind. What now?
Changed your mind? That’s totally fine. If you notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return it, we will make sure the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
I want to exchange the product. How do I do that?
You can exchange your order for a new item free of charge up to 14 days from the delivery date. The buyer pays for the return shipping of the item they wish to exchange. The new item will be sent within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
The product arrived damaged. What now?
Did you receive a damaged product? Send us a photo of the item along with your order number within 14 days to: info@bonafita.com and we’ll make sure you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days of the email.
I received the wrong order. What now?
Did you receive the wrong product? Send us a photo of the item along with your order number within 14 days to: info@bonafita.com and we’ll make sure the correct order is sent to you free of charge within 7 days.
I never received my order. What now?
Didn’t receive your product? Send us an email with your order number to: info@bonafita.com and we’ll make sure the order is resent to you free of charge within 7 days of the email.
I want to cancel. What now?
Changed your mind? That’s totally fine. If you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order that you want to cancel, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days of the cancellation.
